Thank you for shopping with Mindfully. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Processing Time

  • Due to our products been made to order in small batches, our total processing and delivery time is 5 - 10 business days.

  • Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Custom or pre-order items may take longer.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Fees

Shipping options are displayed at checkout. Fees may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package weight or size

  • Courier service availability

We currently ship via Courier Guy.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Typical delivery times:

  • Major cities: 5 -10 business days

  • Outlying areas: 6 - 10 business days

These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for courier delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Public holidays

  • Strikes

  • Incorrect delivery addresses

 

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number 

You can track your parcel directly on the courier’s website.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information

If incorrect details are provided:

  • Delivery may be delayed

  • Additional courier fees may apply

  • We are not responsible for parcels delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

 

6. Delivery Issues / Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver:

  • The parcel may be returned to us

  • You may be responsible for re-delivery charges

 

7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Parcels

Once your order has been handed to the courier:

  • We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage during transit

  • Claims must be logged directly with the courier

  • We will assist where possible, but cannot guarantee compensation

For damaged parcels, notify us within 48 hours with photos.

 

8. International Shipping 

We currently ship only within South Africa.
