2. AGE REQUIREMENT

By purchasing from our website, you confirm that:

  • You have permission and supervision from a parent/guardian to make this purchase.

Products are not intended for children under 3 years of age.

  • All prices are listed in ZAR and include 15% VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to update pricing without notice.

  • Payment is processed securely through our selected payment providers (e.g., Yoco, PayFast, PayPal).

 

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Delivery fees are shown at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, public holidays, weather, or incorrect address details.

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns. Please refer to the full returns and refunds policy here.

All branding, logos, product names, images, and website content belong to Mindfully and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

    • Any allergic reactions, skin irritation, or sensitivities

    • Misuse of products

    • Accidents resulting from lack of supervision

    • Incorrect application

    • Ingestion of products

    • Damage or loss during courier transit

    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

By completing checkout, you waive any claims against Mindfully arising from the purchase, possession, or use of our products. Your use of our products is entirely at your own risk.

 

12. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mindfully from any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Misuse of any product

  • Use of products by minors under your supervision

 

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes must be resolved in a South African court of competent jurisdiction.
